This is a project funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council for 12 months from February 2012 as a Pilot Demonstrator Project for their Connected Communities scheme.

The aim is to find a new way of understanding and researching community and to make recommendations for future research and policy, especially with respect to the localism agenda. It is working with two local community groups within one town in South Wales.
